王东,男,博士,研究员,硕士生导师,江西省“SQ计划”青年领军人才,注册化工工程师。负责国家自然科学基金、国家重点研发计划课题、企业委托课题等科研、技术开发项目近20项。发表SCI论文近50篇,其中第一/通讯作者22篇;申请专利40项,授权17项;获中国有色金属工业科学技术一等奖(2019)、中国循环经济协会科技进步一等奖(2022)、全国湿法冶金工程技术交流会杰出青年奖(2021)、冶金创新论坛国际会议优秀墙报二等奖(2015)等4项。

围绕能源金属二次资源低碳循环利用方向,开展了关键金属资源循环过程选择性提取、高效分离与产品短流程转化研究,构建了“界面结构调控-物相精准识别-外场传质强化”的二次资源分离纯化循环利用的金属资源高质循环理论体系。通过物相结构调控增加物质间的分离系数,解决热力学限制瓶颈;通过介质与分离体系设计,增加难分离物质的识别度;通过外场强化及装备创新,加快物质间的传质与分离,实现有价元素的提取与纯化。开发了超细光伏废料离心浮选、易氧化光伏固废控氧熔炼、钕铁硼废料低温氧化焙烧选择性提取等新技术,设计国内首台废硅粉电弧熔炼、自热式温度可控钕铁硼废料氧化焙烧等装备,相关成果在多家企业得到转化,新增利润数亿元。
