马强,研究员,博士生导师。入选江西省“双千计划”青年领军人才,享受省政府特殊津贴。中国科学院物理研究所博士后出站。主持国家自然科学基金、国家重大科技专项子课题及赣州市重大成果转化等科研项目 10 余项,发表 SCI 论文 30 余篇,授权国家发明专利 15 项。兼任中国再生资源产业技术创新战略联盟青年专家委员会副主任委员。相关研究成果入选“2024年度再生资源行业十佳绿色低碳技术成果”,获省科技进步二等奖。

社会任职:
面向风力发电、新能源汽车等国家重大战略需求,聚焦资源绿色高效利用、高端高值化开发及数智化赋能等核心科学与技术难题,开展前瞻性、战略性研究,为高端永磁装备、新能源驱动电机等关键产业提供核心材料技术支撑。
主要研究方向:
(一)AI驱动永磁材料智能设计及柔性制造,开展人工智能辅助的新一代永磁材料研究,构建"成分-工艺-性能"全链条AI分析预测模型与自动化高通量制备平台,发展永磁材料新的研究范式。
(二)永磁材料与装备一体化研制,开发高性能、低重关键金属、净成形永磁材料,探索晶界扩散过程的扩散机理和矫顽力强化机制,以永磁材料拓扑结构创新设计与关键性能突破,促进风力发电、新能源汽车、人形机器人等领域的高端装备发展。
(三)废永磁材料再生与循环利用,开发短流程永磁再生技术,研究钕铁硼退役磁体再生过程热动力学机制及磁性能强化机理,解决二次资源绿色应用难题。
